These terms apply when you purchase a coaching program from Guidancewithgregg, LLC ("GWG," "we," "us") through this website or a Stripe checkout link, including Regulation on the Road and The Intensive. Private 1-on-1 coaching is covered by its own signed agreement.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you have read these terms, and that you agree to them. Your purchase is your electronic acceptance under the federal ESIGN Act and California's Uniform Electronic Transactions Act. No separate signature is needed.
Coaching is an educational and performance service. It is not psychotherapy, counseling, mental health treatment, or medical care, and it does not replace them.
Gregg Clark is also a psychotherapist, but in our coaching relationship he acts only as your coach. No therapist-client relationship is created. Coaching does not include diagnosis, treatment of any mental health or medical condition, or crisis support.
You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results. If you are currently in therapy or medical care, coaching works alongside it, not in place of it.
If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself or someone else, call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) or call 911. Voice memos and email are not monitored for emergencies.
What's included
Held time. Each session is 90 minutes of time reserved for you. You can use all of it or part of it. Unused minutes do not carry over to another session.
Scheduling. The Anchor Session date is confirmed after your first payment clears. Reset sessions are scheduled together in the Anchor Session and can move when your schedule moves, with at least 24 hours' notice.
The 12-week window. The program starts on the date of your Anchor Session and ends 12 weeks later. If travel or work makes it impossible to complete your sessions in that window, we can extend it by written agreement. Email is enough.
Price. The standard rate is $4,500. A referral rate may be offered at our discretion and is honored as stated on your program page.
What's included
Credit. If you enroll in Regulation on the Road or private 1-on-1 coaching within 14 days of your Intensive, the full $497 is credited toward that program.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. You may pay in full or use an alternate payment option offered at checkout. Availability varies by card and country.
If you choose an installment or pay-later option, that agreement is between you and the payment provider, under their terms. You remain responsible for the full program price.
Before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer, you agree to contact us first at gregg@guidancewithgregg.com so we can resolve it directly.
Rescheduling. Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. A session missed or canceled with less than 24 hours' notice counts as used, unless we agree otherwise.
No refunds. All purchases are final and non-refundable, including partially used programs. This is because your time is reserved and your program is built for you from the first session. If something isn't working, tell us. We will work with you on the schedule, the format, or an extension.
If we cancel. If GWG has to cancel a session, it will be rescheduled at no cost to you. If GWG cannot deliver the program at all, you will receive a prorated refund for sessions not delivered.
What you share in coaching stays confidential. We do not share your personal information, session content, or identity without your written permission.
Exceptions: we may disclose information when required by law, or when there is a serious and imminent risk of harm to you or another person.
Coaching conversations do not carry the same legal privilege as therapy or legal communications. Sessions are not recorded unless both of us agree, except that The Intensive includes a recording delivered to you.
Payment and contact details are handled as described in our Privacy Policy and by our payment processor.
All materials, frameworks, worksheets, recordings, and methods provided in coaching, including the Regulated Mind Method and The Survival Pattern, are owned by Guidancewithgregg, LLC. You may use them for your own personal growth. You may not copy, resell, teach, or distribute them without written permission.
Coaching works best when you take part fully. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your effort and circumstances. We do not guarantee any specific personal, professional, financial, or health outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GWG's total liability for any claim related to a program is limited to the amount you paid for that program. GWG is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. If a disagreement comes up, we both agree to try to resolve it directly and in good faith for 30 days before taking any formal action.
We may update these terms. The version in effect on the date of your purchase applies to your program.
